(wynik) oraz wyzwania jakie stoją przed Grupą

wynik finansowy wykazuje stratę netto na
poziomie 24 843 532,03 PLN.
Rada Nadzorcza zwraca uwagę na dużą
zmienność sytuacji na rynku, wyjątkową w
ujęciu historycznym i w skali świata.
niespotykana i nieprzewidywalna skala
podwyżek cen gazu i energii elektrycznej,
stanowiące istotne koszty produkcji.
Zarząd na bieżąco podejmował działania
zmierzające do podwyżek cen dostarczanych
produktów, które mimo stosunkowo dużej
skali, nie były w stanie skompensować stale
rosnących cen, w szczególności gazu. Wobec
przyczyn i skali tych podwyżek. Zarząd jest
zmuszony do bezprecedensowych działań

Group. In particular, the consolidated financial
result shows a net loss of PLN 24 843 532,03.
The Supervisory Board notes the high
volatility of the market situation, unique
historically and globally. Regardless of the
signs of crisis in the automotive market that
have been evident for a long time, the current
situation has been compounded by declines in
car production and sales in Europe but also
worldwide, as well as the effects of the
COVID-19 pandemic and the armed conflict in
Ukraine resulting in an unprecedented and
unpredictable scale of price increases for gas
and electricity, which represent significant
production costs.
The Management Board has taken measures
on an ongoing basis to increase the prices of
supplied products, which, despite their
relatively large scale, have not been able to
compensate for the constantly rising prices,
particularly of gas. In view of the causes and
scale of these increases. The Management
Board has been forced to take unprecedented
action in relation to these circumstances.
Notwithstanding the foregoing the Supervisory
Board does not identify significant direct risks,
related to the armed conflict in Ukraine, which
could affect the resources of the Company
and the IZOBLOK Capital Group, while it
cannot be ruled out that, due to the situation,
the realization of long-term goals may be
prolonged or may not come to fruition in the
foreseeable future. Nevertheless, the situation
in Ukraine negatively affects the situation in
the European markets of the automotive
industry, indirectly translating into the result of
the Company and the IZOBLOK Capital
Group. This is confirmed by the quarterly
